The short version
We don't track you. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, and shows no advertising. We collect no personal data about you. The only technical data anyone touches is what Cloudflare needs to serve the site and keep it standing — see below.
What we collect
Nothing through the site itself. Frozenbloo Studios Ltd does not set cookies, run analytics, or embed third-party tracking scripts on frozenbloo.com.
Hosting and security
This site is just files. It is built ahead of time and served from Cloudflare's network, which is also our DNS and our security layer. There is no application server behind it, and no database. There is nowhere for your data to be kept, so none of it is.
To route requests, block attacks, and serve pages quickly, Cloudflare processes limited technical information — your IP address and basic request details. That is Cloudflare's own processing, under its privacy policy. We never see it in a form that identifies you, we keep no logs of our own, and none of it is used to track you.
If you contact us
If you email us at contact@frozenbloo.com, we hold your message and email address only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We won't use it for marketing or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over any personal data we hold — including the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or erased, and to complain. Because we hold so little, this is usually straightforward. To exercise any right, email contact@frozenbloo.com.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first at contact@frozenbloo.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Data controller
The data controller is Frozenbloo Studios Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI741543). See our legal information for full company details.
